SHC expresses resentment towards Malir DC in fake admission case

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday has expressed severe resentment towards Deputy Commissioner (DC) Malir for issuance of fake domicile in fake admission case in the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto College.

According to the details, a two-member bench comprising of Justice Sajjad Ali Shah and Jusitce Hasan Feroz held hearing of the fake admission case.

The court expressed deep resentment for issuance of fake domicile by the Deputy Commissioner Malir. The commissioner said that at least ten admissions from Gadap Town have been suspended. He also said that as many as eight fake domiciles have been cancelled.

However, the SHC ordered the submission of inquiry report of the domiciles issued in the last eight years.
