Summary Ayyan Ali was arrested on 14 March when she was trying to smuggle 5 Lac American dollars to Dubai
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Rawalpindi bench of Lahore High Court rejected bail request of model Ayyan Ali on Tuesday. Justice Mehmood Iqbal Bajwa passed verdict on the bail application, Dunya News reported.
Session judge of Customs department had already rejected her bail request. Model Ayyan Ali was arrested on 14th of March when she was trying to smuggle 5 lac American dollars to Dubai.
Before that, a local court of Rawalpindi rejected her request to get B class in jail on 28th of March. Court said in its verdict that B class is only given to the people sustained under criminal provision while Ayyan Ali’s case lies under customs Act.
According to jail laws, detainees with education level of bachelors or above can get B class in jail and they get a servant as well.
