One death row prisoner was sent to the gallows in Attock’s District Jail. The culprit Ikram-ul-Haq was accused of kidnapping a 3 year old girl for ransom in 2002.
Another prisoner was hanged in Sargodha’s District jail. Felon Mohammad Riaz was given death sentence by the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in 2002. Riaz was found guilty of killing 2 people during a bank robbery in 2000.
A prisoner was sent to the gallows in Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail. The accused Mohammad Amin was convicted of killing a person.
