KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Kanwar Nadeem said on Monday that PTI is trying to take over Karachi ‘by the aid of ‘establishment’ and expressed its belief that MQM will win by a huge margin.
Talking to the media at Khurshid Begum Secretariat, MQM leader Kanwar Nadeem said that Imran Khan is faking promises in order to take over Karachi.
He further added that 600 workers of NA-246 had been arrested.
Speaking on the occasion, MQM leader Waseem Akhtar said that Altaf Hussain had broken the tradition of dynastic politics. He said that masses of Karachi would not accept the rhetoric of Imran Khan’s ‘goons’ and advised the leader to silence his followers.
The leaders of MQM said that their opponents would suffer a huge defeat NA-246 by-elections.
They challenged PTI to hold rallies in Jinnah ground and Makkah chowk and establish themselves in the biggest city of Pakistan.
