Summary Joint military exercises are held annually and are according to the routine schedule
RAWALPINDI: (Dunya News) – Joint military exercises between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are according to the schedule and are held annually, according to Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR). Director General ISPR said on Monday that these exercises were started on 19th of March, Dunya News reported.
According to ISPR, the military exercises, titles Samsaam, are in accordance with the schedule and started on 19th of March in Saudi city of Taif. 292 officers of Pakistan army have taken part in these exercises.
DG ISPR Major General Asim Bajwa said that these were not operational appointments of Pakistan army in Saudi Arabia. He said that these exercises are held annually and last year they were held in Jehlum.
