Summary Siddiqui said that Imran Khan wants to hold the country hostage
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui on Thursday said that Imran Khan is using ‘vulgar language’ against MQM, adding that gathering ‘rented’ crowd doesn’t make anyone a leader. He said that others like us will be here in Karachi if we’re not, Dunya News reported.
Addressing the media outside Parliament House, Siddiqui said that Imran Khan wants to hold the country hostage.
MQM leader said that PTI chief caused a loss of billions of rupees to the economy and is now, he claimed, mocking those who offered sacrifices in Sindh.
Siddiqui said that no one becomes a leader by gathering ‘people for hire’. He claimed that they are being pushed to the corner.
Talking about police’s violence on protesting farmers, he said that it’s ironic how farmers have landlords to represent them in the parliament. He termed the use of violence ‘regrettable’ act.
