GUJRAT (Dunya News) – A 17-year-old boy was grievously injured and buried alive by local landlords over a dispute on Thursday. The family of the slain boy took to road to protest the delay in arrest of the accused, Dunya news reported.
The slain boy, named Arsalan was a resident of Hunjra village and was subjected to brutality by the landlord because of his request to return his music player that the landlords had borrowed.
Landlord Qasim along with his sons tortured the boy by the means of knifing and then buried him alive.
The family of the slain Arsalan learned of the sad news 10 hours later and sought to dig out the body but the boy had succumbed to his wounds.
On the discovery of his body, uproar was caused by the family and relatives of the slain.
Relatives of Arsalan blocked Jamalpur Sedan area to protest against the brutality while the women who took part in the protest also mourned by beating their chests.
