Summary Families of suspects pleaded innocence in the case by denying all the allegations
GHOTKI (Dunya News) – So-called Jirga in native village of Ghotki ordered to cut the hands of two detained brothers for attempting robbery, Dunya News reported on Saturday.
Despite Sindh High Court (SHC) orders, administration was failed to seized Jirgas in villages as their decisions, based on incomplete investigation, has disrupted the lives of many people.
Residents of Laghari Village nabbed two thieves and took them to the Jirga which was headed by an influential landlord Anwar Laghari.
The Jirga has sentenced to cut the hands of apprehended thieves, Abdul Ghani and Muharram Laghari, after which both suspects were shifted to some undisclosed place.
Meanwhile, families of suspects pleaded innocence in the case by denying all the allegations and demanded the higher officials to take action of Jirga’s decision.
