Summary Indian High Commissioner says liberal visa policy for Pakistan is being further improved
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Indian High Commissioner TCA Raghuwan has on Friday said that homework on liberal visa policy for Pakistan has been completed. He said that steps are being taken to improve it even further.
Talking at a dinner in his honor by Rice Exporters association, Raghuwan said that visa issues concerning businessmen will be sorted out. “If you look closely, India’s visa policy now is quite different compared to what it was ten years back”, he said.
Indian High Commissioner said that the infrastructure of Attari and Munabao is a hurdle in improving Pak-India bilateral trade relations. He said that trade can also be increased by exploring new avenues other than East and West Punjab.
