ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Additional Session Judge Wajid Ali has issued a bailable arrest warrant for Perveiz Musharraf in Ghazi Adbul Rasheed murder case today (Tuesday).
Taking the notice of Musharraf s continuous absence in the court, Justice Wajid dismissed all three pleas of the accused including permanent exemption from court appearance, petition against summons and court’s jurisdiction.
Subsequently, the court has also ordered the former president to appear in court on April 2.
