Summary Zardari demanded the government to immediately withdraw the ordinance
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former president and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on Saturday has said that issuance of presidential ordinance after the Senate election schedule is unconstitutional.
According to Farhatullah Babar, Zardai said that the issuance of presidential ordinance without discussion in the parliament is unconstitutional. This favours instability of democracy in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
Zardari demanded the government to immediately withdraw the ordinance.
