Summary JUI-F does politics under the umbrella of religion, says PTI chairman

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Wednesday has said that if the Senate election on March 5 witnesses horse trading then they would dissolve Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Assembly. He said that PTI is all set for the Senate election.

He expressed these views in a joint press conference with Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Sirajul Haq.

What kind of democracy is this where people price their conscience? Khan asked. He said that Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) does politics under the umbrella of religion. Khan said that PTI would not vote for any Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), JUI-F and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) candidate.

PML-N does politics of money and for money. He said that they have started legal operation against Javed Naseem. PTI chairman said that he cannot sell his conscience for Rs 15 crore. He said that they are ready to go to the assembly to vote on open ballots. Khan said that he cannot expose the identity of the person who offered him at least Rs 15 crore for a Senate seat because he is a “sharif insan”.
