LAHORE (Dunya News) – Traffic warden in Lahore fined a citizen on not showing his motorcycle papers and wrote ‘human’ in place of his name and ‘animal’ instead of father’s name in the challan, Dunya News reported on Saturday.

Traffic warden Khurram stopped a biker named Hassan near Karim Block on violating the traffic signal which resulted in an argument between both of them.

The traffic warden asked for the motorcycle registration documents but Hassan refrained from giving him the papers due to which the warden fined him Rs500.
