KARACHI (Dunya news) – Inspector General (IG) Sindh Ghulam Haider Jamali on Monday stated that all gangsters have been eradicated from Karachi. He stated that enforcement of new laws has been requested based on National Action Plan (NAP). Along with cleaning of wall chalking it is also being made sure that estate agents are provided with data of all individuals.
IG Sindh expressed these views during an informal discussion with the media.
The discussion was primarily focused by IG sindh on his achievements as he kept on bragging about them. However no clear answers were given by Jamali when he was asked about transfer postings and political influences.
Jamali stated that further two thousand CCTV cameras will be setup in the city. He also stated that work was being carried out against unregistered religious schools.
