ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) -- Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif presided over a meeting in Islamabad regarding implementation of National Action Plan.
The meeting discussed details of the steps undertaken by the local governments so far.
During the meeting, PM Nawaz Sharif expressed his approval on the extraordinary amount of measures taken by Punjab government and recommended other provincial governments to follow their lead.
He directed the provincial governments that they follow up on the National Action Plan which has been unanimously backed by all political parties.
Prime Minister further added that terrorists are enemies of peace and stability. He said that steps are being taken to eradicate these elements permanently.
Interior Minister, Director General Investigation Bureau, Home Secretary and Inspector General Punjab also participated in the meeting
