MULTAN (Dunya News) – The second three-day anti polio campaign of 2015 has been initiated in Multan today (Monday) to vaccinate polio drops to at least 796,000 children under age five, Dunya News reported.
According to the health department, 1800 teams have been arranged to carry out the anti-polio drive in the district.
The teams will administer polio drops at several places including bus stops, government hospitals and railway stations while the remaining children will also be vaccinated on the fourth day of the campaign.
However, the police have assured the health department to provide complete security during the campaign.
