KARACHI (Dunya News) – The police on Thursday killed at least two terrorists during an operation in Sohrab Goth. Separately, the Rangers arrested at least 24 militants and target killers in deiiferent operations.
According to the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rao Anwar, the killed militants were foreigners. The police cordoned off the area and conducted a search operation. The terrorists attacked the police upon which the police reciprocated the fire resultantly killing them.
According to SSP Anwar, these terrorists were involved in several cases of kidnapping for ransom, acts of terror and others. This group comprises of at least 12 criminals, he added. The SSP said that police is searching for rest of the group members.
Separately, the Rangers conducted different search operations and arrested at least 24 militants and target killers.
