Summary Reserves of gold, silver, bronze and iron have been found in Chiniot, says Nawaz Sharif

CHINIOT (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday has vowed to steer the country towards progress and away from the crisis within the next at least three years. He said that it is their national responsibility to eliminate terrorism from the country.

He expressed these views while addressing the participants of a ceremony in Chiniot.

He said that reducing the prices of petroleum products favoured the people of the country whereas the government rendered losses. He said that if they had resources the government would have put an end to electricity crisis within at least three years. He said that the government is focusing on the security of the people.

The PM said that the government is taking measures along with the Pakistan Army to make Operation Zarb-e-Azb successful. He said that the government would get gas from Iran and Turkmenistan to better supply in the country. Reserves of gold, silver, bronze and iron have been found in Chiniot, he added.

He said that the government would promote industries in Rajua. PM Nawaz said that Rajua has crops and now it has been found to be having gold reserves underneath. He said that the reserves would benefit the entire country.

On the occassion, Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Shahbaz Sharif said that the government made an agreement with China in April 3 2014 to find out the quality of the iron reserves in Chiniot. The samples were sent to different laboratories worldwide and now we know that Rajua has gold, silver and bronze reserves and not just iron reserves. He said that this project would put an end to poverty and illiteracy in the country.
