Summary Tariff banners at bus depots and other locations must be placed prominently, advises CM Punjab.
Lahore (Dunya News) – Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday said reduction in transport fares must be ensured and revised fares must be displayed at the bus depots.
Talking to the provincial price control committee via video conference, he said price of everyday necessities and transport tariffs after the reduction in petroleum products would be securitized.
He said administration officers of districts that would not follow the revised fares would be dealt strictly while the ones that show good performance would be commended.
He further said that commissioners and District Coordination Officers (DCOs) of all divisions must take adequate measures to ensure implementation on new charges.
