KARACHI (Dunya News) – The meeting of Apex Committee regarding National Action Plan (NAP) presided over by Chief Minister (CM) Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah is underway in Karachi, Dunya News reported on Monday.
According to sources, Governor Sindh Dr. Ishrat-ul-Abad Khan, Core-Commander Karachi, Director General (DG) Rangers, Inspector General Sindh (IG) and other high officials were summoned to attend the meeting.
As per details, a strategy will be made to review the implementation of NAP’s fourteen points.
Law Minister Sikander Hayat briefed the CM Sindh about the present situation of terrorism in the province stating that the Interior Department of Sindh has identified 30 cases including airport attack case, October 18 incident, Mehran Base attack, Youm-e-Ashura and Chehlum blast, Crime Investigation Department Attack, Chaudhary Aslam murder case and other important cases to be trialled in military courts whose details had already been sent to the Interior Ministry.
