Summary Pending case in the court will not affect the formation of military courts.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rasheed on Wednesday said that the decision of 21st amendment and establishment of military courts has been taken by the elected members of Parliament so the members will fully support the Parliament’s decision.
Federal Minister stated that the government will give its stance after the hearing of petition by Supreme Court (SC) filed against the 21st amendment.
Moreover, he stated that the process of establishing military courts is underway however; the pending case in court has no effect on the set up of the military courts.
