Govt likely to cut petroleum products' prices

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The price of petroleum products are likely to decrease in Pakistan as the oil prices in the global market have witnessed a continued decline, Dunya News reported on Sunday.

According to sources, high-speed diesel price is likely to fall by Rs. 7.80 paisa, petrol by Rs. 6.50 paisa per litre, light-speed diesel will possibly get cheaper by Rs. 8, kerosene oil by Rs. 7.40 paisa whereas the price of high-octane would be decreased by Rs. 8.50 paisa.

Petroleum product prices are steadily declining due to the reduction of oil prices in the international market.

Moreover, the new prices will be implemented from February 1.
