Summary PM and CM Punjab vowed to provide fool-proof security to the educational institutions.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif met Chief Minister Punjab (CM) Shahbaz Sharif today (Sunday) to discuss the ongoing situation of the country, Dunya News reported.
According to sources, the meeting was held at Jati Umrah Raiwind in which talks regarding National Action Plan (NAP), petrol crisis and peace situation in the country were taken under consideration.
PM Nawaz Sharif said that the government is completely aware of public’s anguish and is also trying to resolve the issue as early as possible.
CM Punjab briefed the PM about the security conditions of the province especially of educational institutions.
Moreover, he assured to provide fool-proof security to the educational institutions and added that it is also the responsibility of the citizens and law enforcement agencies to root out the menace of terrorism from the country.
