KARACHI (Dunya News) – Police and Rangers on a tip-off about the presence of criminal elements conducted a combined targeted operation today (Sunday) in Lyari and killed at least three gang war suspects.
According to sources, police and rangers carried out a search operation where the suspects opened fire at the security officials and attacked them by aiwan bomb, retaliating to which security personnel killed as many as three suspects.
The deceased key worker of gang war identified as Maab Baloch belonged to Aziz Baloch group and was wanted in more than 70 cases of kidnapping for ransom and target killing.
Moreover, the operation is underway whereas additional contingent of police have also been summoned.
