Summary MQM members chanted slogans against the speaker Sindh assembly for not hearing their stance.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Members of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Wednesday walked out from the Sindh Assembly in order to record protest for not approving resolution over the continuous target killing in Karachi, Dunya News reported.
The session, presided over by speaker Agha Siraj Durrani was started after an hour delay and was attended by prominent political parties of Sindh.
As per details, after the recitation of the Holy Quran MQM members seeked permission from the Speaker to present a resolution over the target killing incidents in Karachi.
However, the Speaker refused to allow the MQM members to table a resolution as a result of which they chanted slogans against the speaker’s stance.
Moreover, they also staged a walk out from the chamber but returned shortly.
