Summary Mumbai attack and abduction cases have been reportedly filed against Lakhvi.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal government on Tuesday submitted a report in Islamabad High Court (IHC) stating that only two cases have been filed against alleged convict of Mumbai attack Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi.
Justice Noor-ul-Haq Qureshi heard the case on the petition of Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi in which it was asked to provide the list of all the cases against Lakhvi so that the bail of all the cases would be filed at the same time.
Responding to a statement of petitioner, government’s lawyer presented the report before the court stating that only two cases have been registered against Lakhvi.
As per details, one case was registered at the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Police Station regarding Mumbai attacks whereas the other one related to the kidnapping of a person was filed in Golra Police Station.
