Summary Not approving resignations despite being tendered is unconstitutional, says petitioner's counselor.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court on Tuesday ordered to compile all petitions in reference to the approval of the resignations of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members including PTI chairman Imran Khan.

Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah heard the case proceedings when petitioner’s counselor told that PTI members had tendered their resignations but they have not been approved yet, which is unlawful and unconstitutional. He urged that the resignations must be accepted immediately.

After hearing out the arguments, the court ordered to compile all the petitions pertaining to the resignations of PTI members including Imran Khan.
