PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Ameer Sirajul Haq on Tuesday said Peshawar carnage that took place on December 16, 2014 has united the nation adding that it is the responsibility of the government to provide security to the people.
Sirajul Haq visited Army Public School Peshawar where he commended the students and staff for their valour and raised “Pakistan Zindabad” slogans with them.
Talking to the media JI Ameer said terrorism must be countered collectively and that the government ought to take substantial steps to declare its writ in the state.
In response to a question he said government must fulfill the promise of forming a judicial commission.
