Summary Dr Ishratul Ibad took notice of the matter after Altaf Hussain's demand
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh government on Monday recovered the charge of Asif Boys School and Akhtar Girls School in Shah Faisal Colony from the land mafia upon the demand of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain.
According to the details, the students had no option but to sit in the streets to study. Altaf Hussain after learning about the news demanded Sindh Governor to look into the matter and take appropriate actions. Upon which the government took back the charge of the schools.
Earlier, Hussain had said that Governor should submit his resignation if he fails to get back the charge of the schools. He also said that the culprits must not be spared in the matter. Dr Ibad reached the site and issued directives to have the schools evacuated.
