ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has released the assets details of the parliamentarians for the year 2014 on Thursday, Dunya News reported.
According to the details issued by ECP, Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif inherited assets of more than a billion, four cars worth more than one crore whereas no property abroad has been reported.
Imran Khan has total assets worth Rs 3 crore and 33 lac, seven-canal house in Zaman Park, three-canal house in Bani Gala and a car worth Rs 50 lac.
The total count of Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s assets has been revealed as Rs13 crore whereas Chaudhary Shujat Hussain possessed total assets worth more than Rs 10 crore, two residences in Lahore and Islamabad and has no movable property.
Total assets of Rs 70 crore have been marked at the name of Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, however, Parvez Khattak has assets worth more than Rs 27 crore.
ECP has declared the assets of Chief of Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Islam – Fazl (JUI-F) Maulana Fazal-ur- Rehman worth Rs 37 lac. Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar showed bank balance worth Rs 53 million and inherited a chakri along with a property in Rawalpindi.
Moreover, Asad Umer has assets worth Rs 68 crore whereas Information Minister Pervaiz Rasheed possessed no property.
