RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Thursday held a meeting to review the activities of the Pakistan Army and the intelligence agencies in accordance with the National Action Plan.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations, the COAS held a meeting in the General Headquarters (GHQ) to discuss the security situation of the country. General Sharif issued directives to the authorities concerned for the effective and immediate implementation of the national plan of action.
On the occasion, he admired the political leadership of the country for showing a strong commitment to end terrorism. He expressed a resolve to meet the nation’s expectations by rooting-out terrorism.
