Summary We want such a reformed Pakistan where every citizen could get justice, says PTI chairman
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Friday has said that they would exert further pressure on Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and that for the first time the people responsible for rigging in the General Elections 2013 would be punished through the investigations of the Judicial Commission.
He expressed these views while talking to the participants of the PTI rally in Karachi.
He said that he is thankful to the people of Karachi for the hospitality and for coming out of their homes to be a part of the change in the country. He also said that he could see the democracy and ‘new Pakistan’ today.
Khan said that they are going to Lahore on December 15 and that the people of Lahore would support them just like the people here at Karachi have supported them.
He expressed a resolve to have the people responsible for rigging in the General Elections 2013 punished for the first time in the history of Pakistan.
PTI chairman said that the Judicial Commission would be established, new elections would be held and a ‘new Pakistan’ would be made.
A ‘new Pakistan’ means such leaders of the country who are responsible and answerable to the people, he added.
PTI chairman further said that ‘new Pakistan’ would have the supermacy of merit and the law and that we want such a Pakistan where every citizen could get justice.
