QUETTA (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Railway Khawaja Saad Rafique conducted a visit to Quetta Railway Headquarter on Monday and said that enraged Baloch should initiate talks.

While talking to media at Quetta Railway Headquarter, Saad Rafique assured to improve the system of railway in the country and called on the opposition to come for negotiations.

He revealed that the railway system in Baluchistan is in great loss and it has reached to the deficit of 50 crore per train.

Railway Minister stated that we had demanded provincial government eight years back to allot land in Gawadar but no action has been taken so far despite of paying 45 crore.

He further has undertaken that the arrangement for the residence of passengers would be made by improving the Sibi Railway Station.

The cost of Harnai Sibi Track renovation has been estimated as two billions which would be completed in two and a half months, he added.

Khawaja Saad has also lauded the performance of security departments and said that meetings with the heads of security agencies are underway.

Moreover, he further hoped to lead the province towards the development of the province.
