ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) — Islamabad High Court on Wednesday rejected the plea against the appointment of Advocate General of Islamabad Mian Abdul Ghafoor.
Justice Athar Minallah of Islamabad High Court heard the hearing of the petition filed by Advocate Yasir Chaudhry. It was argued in the court that the appointment of Advocate General is not possible without an amendment in the constitution.
The decision should therefore be challenged and the court must seek recommendation from the parliament.
