Summary 'New politicians' sowing seeds of hatred in Pakistan, politics of lies won't succeed now, says PM
LONDON: (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan neither has a team nor an agenda for his ‘New Pakistan’, Dunya News reported. PM said that the ‘new politicians’ are sowing the seeds of hatred in Pakistan. He said that the ‘politics of lies’ cannot succeed now.
Talking to media today (Tuesday) on his arrival in London, PM Nawaz Sharif said that Pakistan Mulsim League – Nawaz (PML-N) preferred talks. He said that the government never refused to talk but the people standing on container are now talking about shutting down Pakistan which is inappropriate. He said that the talks should be objective.
Responding to a question, smiling, Prime Minister said that only ‘government’s plan’ will be successful. He said that the people of Pakistan hadn’t voted for sit-ins.
“Criminals are fleeing jails in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KP), hospitals are in bad condition and roads are broken. The people who talk of ‘New Pakistan’ should first make KP an exemplary province”, said Nawaz. “I had already told you that Pakistan will continue to move forward despite these sit-ins”, he said.
Prime Minister of Pakistan said that he was invited by British Prime Minister David Cameron to attend London Conference. “London Conference is important for both Afghanistan and Pakistan because stability of both the countries is interrelated. London Conference has a key role to play in region’s stability”, he said.
