Summary LNG would be available in Pakistan in the coming year, affirms CM Punjab.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif on Friday said Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) would be available in Pakistan the following year and that they won’t allow industries to shut down.
On his meeting with delegates of Pakistan textile CM Punjab ensured that measures were being taken for gas supply to the textile industries of Punjab adding that they were putting every possible effort to meet the minimum requirements of gas in winters.
Short, mid-term and long-term measures were being taken to counter energy crisis, he added.
CM Shahbaz informed that Prime Minister has ordered to build pipeline for LNG supply to Punjab.
Referring to the sit-in holders he said they had caused irrevocable damage to the economy in addition to delaying power projects.
