ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rasheed on Wednesday said that the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are looking for their rulers, adding that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan should give permission to Chief Minister KP Pervaiz Khattak to return to Peshawar, Dunya News reported.
The federal minister alleged in a statement that the KP government is oblivious of its duties in the province and that the people of the province are looking for their rulers.
He urged Imran Khan to send Pervaiz Khattak back to Peshawar to serve province’s people.
Khattak said that Imran Khan considers only himself an angel, adding that the people of Pakistan and courts are waiting for Khan to present evidence he has against alleged rigging in general elections 2013.
Rasheed reiterated that Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) led government will continue until 2018.
