Summary Supreme Judicial Council has ordered Rana to appear in person for hearing of on November 26
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Auditor General of Pakistan Buland Akhtar Rana on Tuesday has submitted his reply to the Supreme Judicial Council of Pakistan, denying various allegations against him, including harassment of the officers.
In his reply, he has stated that all the allegations against him are baseless.
He stated that he neither has increased his salary by illegal means nor gained money through monetization of vehicles.
Rana said that he in entitled to the recruitment and transfer of employees within the Auditor Group according to the working of his job.
He denied of illegal transfers of the employees.
He said that the interpretation of the law against him regarding pension allowance has not been done correctly.
Rana also denied of all the allegations regarding harassment of the officers.
Reportedly, Supreme Judicial Council headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk will hold a hearing on November 26 of the reference against Buland Akhtar Rana.
Moreover, the council has ordered Rana to appear before the bench in person.
