ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court (SC) on Friday has dismissed the petition for the approval of transferring National Accountability Bureau (NAB) cases to other province, Dunya News reported.
According to details, a three-member bench held a case hearing and rejected the petition by saying that various witnesses of NAB cases belong to the same province where the cases have been filed.
The transfer of NAB cases will result in enhancing the difficulties of witnesses and other relevant people.
Moreover, the petition was filed by Abdul Tawakul.
