Summary Points of Article 62, 63 need to get interpreted before reaching final decision, Justice Khawaja.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday has issued  written orders on the petition made in regards of Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif disqualification case.

According to details, Justice Jawwad S Khawaja has composed written orders of PM disqualification case stating that various points of article 62, 63 are interpretive so SC should shed light on these points before reaching final decision.

Moreover, a three-member bench has sent the case to Chief Justice of Pakistan whereas for further hearings of PM disqualification case, SC has appointed three amicus including Khawaja Haris, Raza Rabbani and Hamid Khan.
