KARACHI (Dunya News) – At-least nine suspects along with terrorists have been detained by Rangers during raids in various areas of Karachi on Wednesday.
5 bodies found at Northern bypass area of Karachi yesterday have been identified by their relatives as Zaraar, Bilal, Ameer Baksh, Rizwan and Liaqat.
According to the sources, they were residents of Lyari and were missing from Hub area of Balochistan for two years.
Also, random bullet fired by police officer in the area of Sohrab Kot, Karachi got a training officer Adnan Anjum killed on the spot. The body has been shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
Adnan Anjum was an under training officer at Hyderabad and was deployed in Karachi for Muharram.
On the other hand, Rangers arrested terrorists including 9 suspects from the area of Baloch Colony in Gulistan-e-Johar.
According to Rangers Spokesperson, the detained suspects were involved in various criminal activities in the metropolis.
Arms have also been recovered from the possession of the nabbed criminals who are now being interrogated.
In another raid, Police have detained one target killer named Aqeel Ahmed in Korangi Zaman Town.
According to the police, the suspect was involved in the target killing of various persons whereas he was also accused in the cases of extortion and possessing explosive materials.
Moreover, Aziz Bhatti Police have taken Muhammad Ali and Abdur Rehman under custody and recovered Pistol, dagger and stolen mobile phones from them.
According to police, the suspects were involved in various criminal activities of robbery and street crime.
