SHAKARGRH: (Dunya News) – Indian mortar blast in Shakargarh, Narowal’s Tehsil, claimed 3 kids’ lives today (Tuesday), Dunya News reported. Indian war mongering continued as 3 kids, including 2 siblings, lost their lives in Shakargarh.

Mortar that landed in bordering village of Tughalpura Keh left Muhammad Aslam’s life in tatters. Aslam’s 3 kids, Hafeezullah, Azhar and Saira along with their friend Hanzala brought the mortar home that exploded suddenly. 14-year-old Hafeezullah, 10-year-old Saira and 12-year-old Hanzala died on the spot while Azhar was taken to CMH Hospital Sialkot as he was critically injured.

On receiving the information regarding the incident, officers from district administration and security agencies arrived at the scene. According to the officials, the mortar that exploded was fired on Monday from Indian side.

Taking notice of the matter, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has ordered investigation of the matter. Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has ordered inquiry report from DCO Narowal.
