Summary COAS General Raheel Sharif will be visiting US in November on the invitation of General Dempsey
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif will visit United States of America (USA) next month (November) on the invitation of American Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey, Dunya News reported.
According to Inter-services Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief will make a 7-day visit to United States and meet senior military and political leaders to discuss important security matters. This will be Raheel Sharif’s first visit to America. The Pakistani general is scheduled to meet US Secretary of Defence Chuck Haggle, General Dempsey and others during the visit.
