Summary Another petition against the sit-ins has also been filed at the Supreme Court Registry Lahore.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The three member bench under the headship of Justice Khalid Mahmood Khan of Lahore High Court (LHC) would conduct the hearing of petition against the sit-ins of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) tomorrow.
The petition filed by A.K Dogar states that the court has already declared the demands of both parties as unlawful and ordered to conclude the protest as these sit-in demonstrations have paralyzed everyday life of the people.
Also, a petition against the sit-ins has also been filed at the Supreme Court Registry Lahore. The stance maintained in the petition is that these sit-ins by PTI and PAT are illegal and unconstitutional whereas basic human rights, routine life of the locals and businesses are completely fractured. It was therefore pleaded before the court to issue orders to stop them.
State Minister of Interior, Attorney General and leaders of both the parties have been made party to the case.
