ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri while addressing the sit-in participants said that change was not possible through the route of the parliament, and they were fighting this war for the benefit of the nation.He added as it would help the people of the nation in attaining their fundamental human rights.
Qadri claimed that his movement was against the corrupt government but not against democracy, which is why this ‘Inqilabi’ movement is necessary to achieve the people’s rights. He also claimed that nobody had been paid to be a part of this movement, and the government has coerced these unarmed men to engage in violent behavior.
