Azadi March: Arrests would heighten PTI's enthusiasm, says Mazari

Summary Imran Khan’s residence at Zaman Park has become the centre of political excitement.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The government has started arresting PTI workers after which PTI has changed its policy and has advised the workers to reach the destination in small groups.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s Azadi March is all set to strat off from Lahore towards Islamabad on August 14. PTI workers were fully charged while preparing for the March.

Shireen Mazari stated that the arrests have heightened the enthusiasm of the workers whereas Asad Umer said that the March would witness unprecedented energy, never seen before.

Imran Khan’s residence at Zaman Park has become the centre of political excitement. Workers gathered in a great number and waved the National and PTI flags at their camps. PTI workers kept singing and dancing on national songs.

Women workers have also been actively reaching Zaman Park in large numbers.

It also rained in Lahore that disturbed the camp arrangements but crowd remained charged.

 

Large contingent of police has also been deployed to ensure security and peace.
