Summary PML-N Senator says Nawaz Sharif has no love for power, Imran and Qadri on foreign agenda
RAWALPINDI: (Dunya News) – Chairman Pakistan Muslim League (N) Senator Raja Zafarul Haq has said that Prime Minister has immense pressure on him to allow General (r) Pervez Musharraf to leave Pakistan. He said that the current anarchic political situation of the country is mainly to pressurize the government.
While talking to media after attending Independence Day celebrations in Rawalpindi today (Sunday), Raja Zafarul Haq said that Pervez Musharraf had met Israeli Foreign Minister in London and wanted to accept Israel legitimately. He said that Nawaz Sharif was the only leader who condemned Israeli aggression in Gaza.
Veteran PML-N leader informed that Nawaz Sharif is being pressured to let Musharraf leave the country. He said that the ongoing protests in the country were also a pressure tactic.
When asked who was pressuring Prime Minister, Raja Zafarul Haq said told that they were the ‘same powers’ who did not want Musharraf to be tried in court. He alleged Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairman Dr. Tahirul Qadri of working on ‘foreign agenda’.
