LAHORE (Dunya News) -- Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri while addressing a press conference said that his workers were peaceful and police killed one party worker during the clash, which was unjustified, adding that police firing injured workers.
Qadri grieved over the precautionary measures taken by the government, the Punjab police want to capture Minhajul Quran, and First Information Report (FIR) has still not been registered pertaining to the Model Town tragedy.
Qadri said that Shahbaz Sharif is a murderer of 15 ‘martyrs’. He said that PAT was being targeted, one activist was killed and six others were injured in a clash with the police.
PAT chief assured the Lahore High Court (LHC) that if containers were then there would be no violence and chaos. He further added that police had arrested workers from their homes and where they could not find men, they arrested helpless women.
