Summary Miscreants targeted police squad in Manghopir area when it was on a routine patrolling.

KARACHI (Dunya News) - At least eight persons including three policemen were killed in separate incidents of firing and violence in Karachi on Tuesday.

Three policemen including Ghulam Ali, Somar and Munawar were shot dead while Constable Wahid Bukhsh injured when some unknown men opened firing.

According to police, the police squad was targeted when on routine patrolling in Manhgopir area.

On the other hand, Naseeb Farooq, a worker of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was shot dead by unidentified persons in Baldia Ittehad Town while a man was gunned down in Hussainabad area.

Meanwhile, three dead bodies were found from different areas including Liaquatabad, Mewa Shah and Altaf Nagar. The victims could not be identified.
