Summary Pakistan army launched fresh offensive against Taliban militants in North Waziristan on Friday.
MIRANSHAH (Dunya News) - The security forces continued their action for the third day against Taliban militants in Miranshah and Mir Ali areas of North Waziristan near the Afghan border.
The troops, aided by Pakistan Air Force, blew up various hideouts of terrorists. Several militants are feared dead in the offence.
The security forces sealed all the entry and exit points in the area before the operation while curfew was also imposed.
